JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+ PQE LOCATION: Dorset SALARY: Dependent on experience THE ROLE:
Our client is a recognised name with a number of offices across Dorset. Due to the success of their commercial litigation team, they are looking to recruit an additional Solicitor. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will handle their own caseload of matters, including, but not limited to, landlord and tenant disputes, property litigation, contracts disputes and contentious probate. The caseload will be extremely varied and the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have the opportunity to work on a full range of disputes, handling the from the initial instruction through to their completion. This will include attending full trial and undertaking various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least two years of experience of handling their own litigation caseload. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have had experience of a broad range of disputes. It is essential that the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor can demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate successfully. In addition, it would be a distinct advantage if the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor had had experience of successfully undertaking business development and is happy to do this in this role.
