Fleet Sales Administrator
The Fleet Sales Administrator is responsible for coordinating a fleet of approximate 1500 vehicles .
This is from inception of the order being signed off with the Dealership right through to the delivery of the vehicle to the Customer.
The successful individual will be required to maintain the daily running of the fleet and their responsibilities will include;
Ensuring the information added to our internal systems is accurate and consistent
Preparing Lease Agreement paperwork for each vehicle
Managing the customer’s expectations and coordinating the deliveries
Ensuring that Emails & Telephone enquiries are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
Maintaining customer records, insurance & contact details
Skills and experience
We are seeking someone who is self-reliant, is able to work on their own initiative and who has a flexible approach to working in an environment where change is frequent and the need to reprioritise is essential. They will need to demonstrate experience in coordinating and previous experience in the car leasing industry would be advantageous.
You will be required to have / be:
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
A highly organised team player
Work collaboratively with other team members to assist with clarification for Speeding fines / invoicing / coordinating the defleet of a vehicle and a new vehicle going on fleet.
