A well-established software business, specialising in building their own bespoke accounting software to integrate with existing ERP systems is searching for a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst.

The business already has a very strong customer-base throughout the the UK, with much recent success. Due to a number of new client wins, they are looking for the latest member of their team to support new and existing customers.

This will suit a Helpdesk Analyst with a solid technical 1st or 2nd line support history and desire to support accounting systems/integration with ERP systems

The Successful Helpdesk Analyst will have:

  • Helpdesk experience supporting external clients
  • Experience in a previous technical support role (ideally supporting accounting software, but this isn't a deal-breaker)
  • Excellent organisational and people skills, with a history of dealing with customers and prioritising tickets
