We are delighted to be working with an established UK offline introduction agency on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon, who are looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is a full time, permanent opportunity and due to the location, it is imperative you can drive and have your own transport. You will be responsible for achieving targeted revenue, maximising business opportunities and the ongoing development and growth of business sales.

The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for;

  • Identify, contact and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and following up on warm leads
  • Working with marketing, develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities
  • Nurturing existing leads, converting them into sales
  • Create powerful, and persuasive sales conversations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the business
  • Researching organisations using various platforms, online and offline, enabling you to reach target audiences
  • Effectively building relationships, to promote service offerings, create long-term opportunities, which in turn will lead to sales
  • Building a network of professionals, who will promote, advertise or refer people to the business
  • Continuously develop lead generation strategies with new and innovative ideas with the Marketing team

The Business Development Executive will be / have;

  • Previous experience in a sales environment, including sales administration, telesales or telemarketing
  • Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies; having a knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Confident communicator is a necessity
  • Highly organised and methodical self-starter
  • A real self-starter, who can manage growth responsibly
  • A tenacious, and results driven individual who can overcome objections
  • Ability to generate leads and build business in an open market
  • An empathetic nature, and able to turn visions into reality
  • An upbeat, optimistic outlook on life

What you get in return;
A basic salary of Circa GBP20,000 depending on experience, plus a rewarding OTE, holidays, pension and a clear route for progression and development
