Yourrole will include credit control, entering bank receipts onto the ledger SAGE 50, code and check suppliers invoices and enter them onto the ledger. YOU will also be distributing supplier invoices onto the ledgers, checking and reconciling customer statements.
You will assist with the following:
Month end figures and contra's
Bank and card reconciliation
Sending payroll details to the accountants
Customer service departments at busy periods
General office duties and customer service queries
Along with these you will record and handle petty cash, issues invoices to the customers, attend to telephone enquiries and issues approved credits to customers.
You will NEED to be COMPUTER LITERATE, have the experience of SAGE 50 Software and be experienced in MICROSOFT EXCEL and WORD!
