An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Engagement Lead to join our clients National Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) health team that delivers integrated lifestyle and preventative services that equip people with the right knowledge, skills and support to live better, more independent and healthier lives.

Primary responsibilities :

* Uses local knowledge to work closely with the Scheduler to support effective venue coordination.

* Responsible for the lead generation of new associated NHS contracts.

* Responsible for delivering the mobilisation of new Healthier You contracts.

* Build effective and robust relationships with NHS partners.

* Deliver through partnership working, a strong pipeline of referrals, developing and managing. the Engagement Plan to ensure referral flows meet agreed target.

* Key understanding of performance drivers of regional performance.

The Regional Engagement Lead will support:

* Implementation of referral protocols with referral partners

* Lead generation of participant referrals and new contracts

* External senior stakeholder engagement

* Local marketing activity and local event management as required. Providing the representation at stakeholder events, presenting to large groups to promote service.

* Working in partnership with Service Excellence Coach.

* Promoting service excellence and continuous improvement leading to improved participant retention.

* Collaborative working across National contracts with Regional Engagement Leads.

* Responding to CCG and LHE complaints.

* Support management of local supply chain partners

* Face to face session delivery as and when when required

* Deputising for Regional Manager as required, including the attendance at internal and external meetings

About you:

*Experience working in target focused role.

*Evidence of engaging NHS stakeholders.

*Work with teams, preferably Educators and Health Coaches.

*Strong interpersonal skills.

*Car driver, flexible with travel.

*Experience of preventative health care (desirable)
