Position: Bid Writer

Location: Redditch

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Annual Bonus

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Writer located in the Redditch area for a key client within the Facilities Management sector. You will be working with a business who offer an amazing benefits package and invest heavily into the training and development of their staff. They are a national provider of facilities management services within commercial and public sector environments.

Ideally you will have the following:
  • Previous experience as a Bid Writer, ideally within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Qualified to a Degree Level.
  • APMP accreditation would be advantageous.
  • The ability to manage your own tasks, whilst being able to work within a team.

The key elements to the role will be the following:
  • Management of the Business Development inbox.
  • Daily monitoring of Tenders Direct to identify opportunities.
  • Ongoing research into the market, clients, competitors, trends and innovation.
  • Liaison with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the administration of bid related activities.
  • Ownership and completion of pre-qualified questionnaires and registration forms.
  • Writing of creative and innovative bids tailored to the requirements of the client that incorporate best practice.
  • Ensure timely submission of all Bid related documents.
