We are currently looking for part-time Support Workers for our Supported Living services in the Batchley / Redditch area. These roles are between 20 and 30 hours per week and we can discuss the possibilities further at interview.

About the Role

MacIntyre has five supported living services that are run together and you will play a key part in assisting the people we support to live as independently as possible. You will be joining in their favourite pastimes and hobbies as well as making sure they are active members of their local community. You could be taking them out on day trips, going out for meals or to the cinema, maybe supporting with health appointments or visiting family and friends. No two days are the same.

You will be working on a rota system which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays as well as occasional sleep-ins. There will also be day-to-day advice and help from your Head of Service (Frontline Manager) and other Senior Practitioners.

This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive difference to someone's life.
