Exceptional opportunity for an experience Product Specialist within Dental Implants to work for a global market leader within the medical sector. You will need to have a technical background, perhaps have worked as a dental technician earlier in your career with a strong sales background with digital workflow experience. The role will involve talking to dentists, technicians, providing support during surgeries and making demos to prospects.

Fully expensed Company Car or Car Allowance, Holidays, Contributory Pension.

Candidate to be based within the UK or Dublin.

THE ROLE

* Differentiate the company's offerings, convey compelling value propositions, respond to Territory Managers, Customers, and KOLs clinical/technical/process questions in order to successfully close sales;

* Provide technical, scientific, and sales support to Territory Managers in order to target the most potential prospects, select the most suitable/effective product solutions for customers, and close sale;

* Monitor market, competitors' products, prices in order to identify gaps and/or opportunities to increase sales and achieve targets;

* Organize training sessions for Territory Managers, monitor their sales activity, constantly evaluate their product knowledge and progress in mastering product and technical competences;

* Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives;

* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services;

* Identify, select, meet prospective customers, sales people, and KOLs to whom to introduce and sell and/or convert to the client's products and services;

* Secure and maintain strong relationships with Territory Managers, customers, KOLs in order to maximize business opportunity with each of them;

* Constantly support Territory Managers, customers, KOLs, and company with customer services and after sales services/activities (e.g. product returns, account statements, etc. etc.);

* Propose, plan, coordinate, and conduct sales meetings, product training sessions, and trial surgeries with customers in the UK, in Italy, or in other countries;

* Support the company, Territory Managers, KOLs, and customers during scientific, educational, and promotional events or dinners, including the possibility of occasional overnight stays, working weekends, and international travel for the purpose;

* Regularly report to the company and review planned activities, activities done, area plans, field visits, and business expenses to maximise territory turnover and profit;

* Complete sales activity reports, agendas, and presentations on time;

* Constantly collect and promptly provide to the company market and competition's information, insights, data;

* Demonstrate positive behaviours and represent company values and standards in front of customers, KOLs, and colleagues;

* Solve daily business problems by making sound decisions;

* Other duties may be assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will be an experience Product Specialist or Senior Sales Person within Dental Implants. You will need to have a technical background, perhaps have worked as a dental technician earlier in your career; you will possess digital workflow experience. The role will involve talking to dentists, technicians, providing support during surgeries and making demos to prospects.

You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional relationship management skills.
