Accounts/Administration Assistant

Support & Assist the Business Controller. Perform AR and administrative duties to ensure the timely reporting of financials

Duties:

Accounts receivable for Key Accounts including chase, query handling and PO matching

Clearing of incoming payments

Customer invoice and delivery note posting and filing, dealing with POD requests

Handling general customer queries via email and telephone

Process new credit applications

Creation of customer Master Data

Year End archiving

Administration of Training records for Quality System

Adhoc tasks as requested by Business Controller

Back up during absence for Business Control employee, including Accounts Payable tasks.

 

Required skills/experience:

Secondary vocational education desirable

Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant within a Finance Department  preferable

Good Microsoft Office skills

Knowledge of SAP desirable

Good communication skills

Team player

“Can do” attitude

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week preferred but we would consider reduced hours for the right candidate, minimum 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Full Time hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm. Competitive salary and generous benefits package including Pension & Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan.
