JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner

LOCATION: Warwickshire

SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000


Overseeing all functions of the HR department and supporting all staff, Directors and Head of Departments. You will have a variety of duties which include reviewing and approving HR budgets, managing the recruitment selection with partners, inductions, contracts, and any extra training members of staff need. You will manage the performance management process, maintain the employee handbook and provide confidential advice in relation to any HR queries. You will be primarily based in their Leamington office, however will be required to go to the other 3 offices around Warwickshire on a regular basis.


The ideal HR Business Partner will have worked in a very similar or identical role who has handled a lot of responsibility and is an approachable and professional individual. You will need to have a full driving licence and use of a car to travel to all four offices.

This role offers a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience, with many benefits to offer for a permanent member of staff.
