They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Neighbourhood Coordinator to provide an efficient and effective administration service in their tenancy management functions, including reception, telephone cover and general office and team support duties.
Within this role, your responsibilities include interviewing tenants and members of the public, providing first response to concerns or complaints raised by customers, and supporting the director, officers and managers in undertaking initial investigations.
They are looking for a proactive, motivated individual who has worked in the same or similar role with the ability to grasp new areas of responsibility quickly. You will experience providing information, advice and guidance and updating databases. A professional qualification Level 2 Housing, Advice and Guidance or related subject is highly desirable. Full and current driving licence and daily use of own car is essential for this post.
