THE COMPANY
Our client, an established business based in Cannock require an experienced Part-time Contract Co-ordinator for a 12 month contract. basis. Our client is a fantastic market leading organisation who are recruiting for a strong administrator to work in a busy department.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for customer contracts from start to finish. Scanning all information onto an in-house system, checking the information and making any contract amendments. You will also deal with any collections, deliveries, booking transport. Other duties will include dealing with finance companies and producing and sending out sales invoices. General adhoc administration duties are also involved and lots of communication with different departments within the business.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally you will have worked in a hire/leasing environment previously. Have a good eye for details and second to none communications skills. You will be flexible and be available to start on a short notice.
COMPANY BENEFITS
The company offer excellent working conditions and onsite parking. This role is working 9.00am - 5.00pm, 4 days a week - 30 hours in total Salary is GBP17,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, eyecare, medical care plus pension and life assurance
