Accounts Administrator offering a salary of GBP18-GBP21k
This is a full time permanent role located close to Birmingham Airport with the benefit of free on site parking.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to work as part of the finance team for an industry leading company. You should have previous experience in a similar role and have knowledge of financial policies and procedures.
You will be;
- Passing purchase invoice for payment
- Daily banking duties and applying funds to relevant accounts
- Desirable experience of using CAD for payments
- Opening new suppliers and traders
- Sales and purchases ledgers
- Bulk invoices
- Using Companies House to download accounts and credit facility checks
You will need excellent communication skills and be able to work alone and as part of a team. You will need to be able to deal with any queries and problems promptly. An understanding of making payments if different currencies is an advantage. You will need a positive attitude and be able to work in a high pressure environment whilst maintaining high accuracy levels and attention to detail.
