Our friendly office based in the heart of the Black Country is looking to recruit a permanent Trainee Office Administrator. Your role will be to support the compliance department with their clerical and Administrative tasks.

This is the perfect role for candidates that are seeking an opportunity to work in a fast paced and supportive office environment.

The position will include the following:
Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner
Supporting clients and customer with their queries
Arranging documentation to support the office
Support management with clerical duties

The requirements of the Office Administrator are:
Excellent customer service
G.C.S.E's graded A-C is required for this role
Background in Administration, Reception, Customer Service or Clerical support would be beneficial
Excel / Spreadsheet / data entry experience

PERMANENT POSITION

LOCATION ; DUDLEY/BRIERLEY HILL

SALARY : £16K

HOURS - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 09.00 AM TO 17.00 PM
ONE HOURS LUNCH
