We know about food!

Tulip Ltd is the UK's leading food solutions business, supplying all major food retailers, wholesalers and foodservice companies with a wide range of quality products. We provide consumers with a comprehensive range of products in four key mega-categories - fresh meat & sausage, bacon & gammon, cooked meat, and convenience & snacking. Our farm-to-fork operation is unique in the industry, while our strategic framework puts customers, product, efficiency and people at the heart of everything we do, all with a view to growing responsibly. As part of the Danish Crown Group, the largest pork provider in Europe and the biggest exporter of pork in the world, Tulip Ltd is well-placed to deliver its ambitious plans for sustainable growth. If you have an appetite for more , this could be the role for you.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in a Service Desk / IT Customer Services or IT Technical Support role; complete with operational knowledge of Service Management tools. You must be of an inquisitive, analytical nature with a can-do attitude, approach and a general interest in IT. Technically, you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of client networking, active directory, group policy, desktop operating systems and Microsoft technologies in general.

You will be a strong team player, possess excellent customer care skills and be willing and able to provide day-to-day support and advice on matters related to systems and technology.

Other elements of the role require excellent communication and organisational skills. As a highly motivated team player you will be required to document and help improve processes to help the wider Global IT function to enforce, maintain and enhance IT standards, policies and procedures.

You will need one or more qualification in an IT discipline, from BTEC, Level 4 IT Apprenticeship, HNC, HND or BSc. Ideally Microsoft certified, whilst an ITIL certification would be desirable, as we look continue to transition to a more process-centric environment.
