Our client is part of the national membership charity for organisations working directly with people who become homeless in England.
They work to make services better and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness.
They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee 4 of their hostels in Hull which deals with 16 - 18 year old residents.
Duties
For the role of Hostel Assistant Manager duties would include;
* Overseeing 4 hostels with 73 spaces for the 16 - 18 years old residents.
* Essential call out 24/7 every 3rd week
Skills and Experience
For the role of Hostel Assistant Manager applicants should have the following;
* Experience in Hostel and or Management ( Supervisor ) who would like to progress would be considered.
* Must be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Packages
Shifts
* Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
* However, candidate would need to be flexible to work AM and PM shift to meet both teams, 37.5 hours per week
* Company is family friendly and would accommodate when and where can
* Occasional Bank Holiday's are working - candidate must be flexible
Salary and Benefits
* GBP24,000 basic salary + call out system
* 24 holidays + 8 bank holidays
* 10% enrolment to pension scheme and voluntary contribution of the candidate 2-5%
* Salary is reviewed every April with line to Local Government
* Car Parking free off charge at every site
