We are currently looking for a chef de partie for our award winning restaurant in the city of Lichfield.

The Olive Tree boasts the 'Best Independent Restaurant in Staffordshire', with more to come in the future. The menu consists of dishes made from only the freshest locally sourced produce with the British menu changing seasonally to ensure the best quality of ingredients are being served.

The position of chef de partie will be working 40-50 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday looking after your own section of the kitchen ensuring correct prep levels, ordering and training with our head chef. our Head chef has worked in a variety of high end restaurants over the past 12 years so you are in fantastic hands when it comes to your personal development.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as chef de partie in a fresh food kitchen, will show a real passion for food and will be looking to develop their career.

We are pushing the boundaries and testing new waters filling the gap between casual and fine dining at a reasonable price. We believe in serving freshly made food to everyone and not just those who can afford the Michelin's of this world.

Trial shifts will be with the head chef and an informal chat (no sit down interview here!), we need a hard working and ambitious person but also has the family touch and care for people they work with and our customers.

Trial shifts:

Wednesday 10th July 11am - 1pm and 5-8pm

Thursday 11th July 11am - 1pm and 5-8pm

If CV screening is successful we will be in touch about these dates. If these dates do not work don't worry we can look at the weekend options.
