Our Client is recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Executive. The company offer an excellent working environment, great training, benefits and onsite parking.

As the Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

* Producing and updating accurate service contracts

* Maintain high standards of customer service via email and telephone

* Record detailed and accurate notes within the internal system

* Categorise and prioritise and your own workload

* Provide administrative support where required

* Respond quickly and professionally to all queries and issues, escalating only when required

* Arranging appointments for engineers to attend breakdowns and keeping customers informed

* Diary management and route planning for engineers

The successful candidate for the role of Customer Support Executive will have:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* A passion for providing a top-quality service to customers, building rapport and trust

* Able to work in a pressured environment, dealing with potentially difficult customers in a professional manner

* Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
