Customer Experience Enquiries Assistant (maternity cover -up to 12 months)
30 hours per week
GBP15,969-GBP16,835 per annum pro-rata

The Customer Experience Team is looking for an enthusiastic, patient, friendly and organised person to join them in this customer focused role.

Based at one of their two busy reception desks, you will need to be able to work to your own initiative and have excellent communication skills.

Duties will include: greeting visitors, answering and redirecting calls, supporting learners and staff and assisting with telephone and email enquiries.

Previous reception/customer service experience is essential.

This position is for 30 hours per week, all year round. The working hours are as follows:

Term time - Monday 8.30am - 5pm, Tuesday 8.30 am - 5.30pm, Wednesday 10am - 6pm, Thursday 8.30am - 5pm.

Non term-time - Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm.

Flexibility is required to cover holidays etc.
