Cherry Professional are supporting thriving business in Burton who are seeking to employ a purchase ledger assistant to join their established team. The purchase ledger assistant will play a key part in the day to day finance function within a growing business.
The successful candidate should have confidence in dealing with numbers, looking for errors and be confident enough to raise any concerns or queries should they arise.
Input, coding and matching of supplier invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Weekly processing of expenses
Month end accruals and Journals
What we are looking for you:
Relevant finance experaince
Knowledge of how a modern accounts system operates
Competent in use of MS Excel and other Microsoft computer packages
Ability to prioritise workload
Ability to liaise with all levels of staff
