2nd / 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer - Managed Services

My client is a well established provider of IT Services. Due to ongoing success they have a urgent requirement for a proven 2nd / 3rd line Infrastructure support Engineer with a broad range of technical skills working as the escalation point for a busy Managed Services Helpdesk.

As 2nd / 3rd line Infrastructure support Engineer you will have a proven troubleshooting / support background across a broad range of technology such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Hyper-V, VMware, Networking, Sonicwall. Not only will you have a solid technical ability but you will be comfortable in a fast paced enviroment with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The 2nd / 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer will be able to follow processes and procedures correctly with minimum oversight, you will be working independently as part of a multi skilled team.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is technically driven with the ability to be technically flexible with a desire to keep learning and developing their skills. Lots of opportunities to pick up new technical skills.
