An industrial manufacturer in Nuneaton, North Warwickshire, requires a Marketing Executive to support their UK Marketing Team.
The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director across the full marketing function. Working for a company with 6 brands, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sound marketing experience to join a marketing team determined to make a difference. In your new role, you will be supporting the team on delivering business-wide marketing transformation. It's a varied role with a nice mix of on and offline duties, including monitoring web content, looking after Google Analytics and creating reports, liaising with external agencies and writing and distributing email marketing campaigns. You will responsible for creating monthly analytics reports and will be asked to suggest ideas from a content perspective off the back of them. CRM is mostly looked after by sales, but you'll liaise with them regularly to get the best from your campaigns. Copywriting is a really important part of this role, and you'll be writing stories for internal communications material and external newsletters.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who has a sound knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing techniques. You're an excellent copywriter, who not only knows how to write interesting b2b copy for traditional marketing campaigns but understands how to write for the web as well, including confidently using SEO techniques. You'll have experience of managing online content through the use of content management systems and be proficient with Google Analytics. Personality wise, you're resilient, possess a good commercial acumen, you are able to plate spin and are adaptable, a 'people person' and have a great work ethic. As this company has international offices, it would be a real plus if you speak any additional languages. As the Marketing Director will often be working from other offices, it's imperative that you are able to work alone and enjoy taking ownership of projects.
