Salary – Grade PO3 (£32,029 to £34,788)
Contract - Permanent 37 hours per week
Location – Based at Shrewsbury (though you may be asked to work to work in other areas where our stock is based)

We are an Arms Length Management Organisation with responsibility for the management of all 4100 Shropshire Council owned homes in the Oswestry & Bridgnorth areas. Our residents have told us that the repairs service is the most important service that we provide to them so we are keen to continue to develop and improve. We have ambitious plans for the delivery of our repairs service and the way in which we interact with our residents in the future.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Asset Surveyor who is able to demonstrate an ability to deliver a high quality maintenance service. You will demonstrate a proven track record of management, performance improvement and obtaining value for money. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service delivery.
You should hold a relevant qualification in a construction related subject (e.g HND in Building Surveying/Construction Management or similar). Experience of working within a social housing environment would be an advantage but not essential.
