Team Leader Wanted for our well-renowned Residential Children's Service on the outskirts of Oswestry
Competitive salary, plus an additional GBP67.50 per Sleep In (which can average around GBP500 per month!), pension scheme, childcare vouchers, retail vouchers, 2 days on, 4 days off
Superb progression opportunities, on-going training
Due to location and the job requirements, a driving licence is essential
You will hold a QCF or NVQ Level 3 qualification in the Children & Young People's Workforce

Offering a superior service for Young People with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties, a warm welcome awaits you at one of our well known CareTech services. Due to expansion at a well established home at Oswestry, we are seeking a caring, compassionate and committed Team Leader to provide the support that allows our amazing Young People to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Team Leader offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. You will have previous experience of being a Support Worker within a children's Residential setting, hold either an NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent), along with a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature.
Our Young People have varied likes and interests, whether this be music, cooking, art or sports; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
