Rheology Customer Support Specialist with be responsible and possess:

* Relevant technical acumen in Rheometry.

* Experience of using/repairing/ maintaining laboratory instruments is essential

* Have excellent problem solving and trouble shooting ability

* Working as a team to achieve accurate diagnosis of faults and, where possible, "first time fix" solutions

* Provide feedback on product quality and design issues

* Act as a representative of the Customer and the Customer Support Department at Product Quality Meetings and taking ownership of relevant issues.

As the successful candidate you should ideally hold a BEng or a degree in a Chemistry, Electronics or Physics related subject (or equivalents) but equivalent relevant experience will be considered. If you are fluent in a second language it would be beneficial for the role.
