You will be working for a leading company that holds over 100 years experience in their field. Located in Burton Upon Trent, you will need access to a vehicle as there are no public transport or walking routes to this location.
Your new role
This position will see you work within a small team and manage all department administration, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and tight deadlines are met. You will be working in partnership with the sales team to complete duties of the following nature:
- Process customer sample and literature reports
- Create quotations
- Monthly report generating
- Switchboard cover
- Order processing
- Data input
- Use of internal systems and SAP
- Achieve set KPI's
- Monthly filing
It will also be expected that you exercise vigilance in regards to data protection and convey a good company image at all times.
You will work Monday - Friday 36.5 hours a week.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have the ability to deliver a consistently high level of customer service, be self motivated and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally. It is also expected that you will have MS Office knowledge and experience as well as a willingness to learn as a thorough product knowledge is required.
It is also advantageous to have knowledge of sales processing and after-sales procedures.
As mentioned above you will need access to a vehicle to work here.
