Customer Liaison Job Available

To actively demonstrate at all times a commitment to delivering the best service and outcomes for customers in the most efficient and effective manner - To take responsibility for the resolution of customer enquiries made via the company website and passing customer details to Technical Sales Department - Answering Sales calls in the 1st instance and passing onto technical sales - Processing Customer Sales orders onto their internal computer systems – Providing Accurate customer reporting - Provide customer KPI reports to management.
Acuity will provide you with the required training so you gain an in-depth knowledge of its product range.
Company working hours are from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Flexible working can be arranged
