Badenoch and Clark are working with a growing business in Bromsgrove who are seeking a credit controller.

Your main duties will be to:

- Collection of aged debt for allocated accounts
- Preparation of daily banking allocation sheets from remittances
- Dealing with multiple queries via telephone and email
- Updating customer portals when required
- Sending invoices to customers
- Opening new accounts for customers and ensure correct procedures are followed
- Reconcile accounts of a monthly basis

To be successful with this application you must have:

- Proven experience of working within a credit control department
- Experience with dealing with customers
- Excellent I.T skills including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Experience with SAGE is desirable
- Be able to work under pressure
- Credit qualification would be desirable
