We are recruiting in Audi Hereford! This well established business has a great opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join their outstanding team.
About the Role
As a Parts Advisor you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service. Your daily duties will include the following: Managing all aspects of parts supply, in and out. Oversee the parts stock inventory. Drive supply through the onsite workshop. Proactively support the Parts Manager. Represent the company in a highly professional manner.
To be successful in the role it is essential that you are customer focused and have an outgoing personality. In addition to this, you will need to be extremely well organised, able to multi-task and have the ability to manage a busy workload. Previous experience gained in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential. If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
