We are a growing tech company based in Oxford and opening an office in Birmingham to support our continued success in the B2B2C space. We're looking for a full-time National Account Manager who wants to play a vital role in the exciting growth stage of a small company by keeping our clients happy and our product flourishing!

The Role

Working directly with our rail and transport clients, you will be responsible for making sure they (and their passengers) get the best of the product and that the product evolves to be the best it can be. Part project manager, part relationship manager, you will have the organisational skills to keep things on track and the client-facing skills to manage and present regular updates and development - and as things develop, you will be looking forward to building your own team and growing into more responsibility.

Experience and skills

We're after somebody with a proven track record in managing happy, high-value B2B accounts or responsibility for customer experience in a B2C or transport environment. Our clients are senior players in transport operations and infrastructure, often at director level, so you will have experience of managing senior-level relationships (they're also spread all over the country, so you'll need to be happy with some occasional travel!)

Key responsibilities include:

  • On-boarding, management and development of B2B client accounts
  • Feedback and influence over product development to meet client needs
  • Reporting on success factors and product implementation / roll-outs
  • Presenting to clients
  • Keeping the clients happy!


We're after somebody with some passion for what they do, ambition and an ability to look outside the box - it goes without saying that your written and verbal communication is flawless, and it won't hurt if you have a sense of humour! Waffling self aggrandisement and biz-dev jargon won't win you any points here - we need people who are going to bring some spark and enthusiasm for the role whilst proving they can be trusted with our most valuable accounts.
