Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a Social Media Support Exec for our Prestigious client based on the outskirts of the City Centre. This exciting role will be to provide customers first line support in answering all of their questions and dealing with any complaints via social media platforms, direct messaging and emails.

The Role

  • Social media and general customer support for all channels/touchpoints.

  • Working across all platforms ensuring appropriate advice and direction to customers

  • Assist in coverage for all events including tweeting on a one to one basis.

  • Analysing and providing reports on output and coverage.

  • Working with colleagues to ensure correct social media etiquette is used at all times.

The Person

  • A graduate with experience in a Social Media environment

  • Excellent communication, relationship building and networking skills

  • Efficient and organised

  • Able to meet tight deadlines

  • Not limited to working normal hours as weekend working and some evenings will be required.


  • 35 per week based around 9 - 5 but to include some evenings to 8.30pm and some weekends up to 4pm (working from home on these events is available)

  • Additional hours worked will be given back in lieu and in very busy periods, paid overtime may be available.


  • GBP19,000 - GBP21,000 per annum depending on experience.
