SALARY: GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 + Commission / Bonus & Company Car

Our client is a very well-established organisation in the Lifting Equipment Industry. The company supply a wide range of Lifting Equipment; Lifting Components, Chains, Shackles, Slings, Hooks, Rigging Screws, Polyester Lifting Components and Steel Wire Rope into the Construction, Ports / Docksides, Subsea & Offshore sectors throughout the UK.
As part of the company's growth plans, the company are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Candidates must have experience in the Lifting Equipment industry, have a strong background in sales, winning new business, developing existing accounts and ideally have Project Management & Account Management experience. Candidates will be hardworking, hungry, willing to go the 'extra mile' and looking to join a well-established, market leader in the industry.
Principal Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of proven success in the Lifting Equipment Industry.
2. Sales experience - essential
3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company's services.
4. To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit
5. Effective Communicator.
6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.
7. Computer literate.
