Showcase Cinema is a world leader in the film exhibition industry operating more than 850screens in the United States, United Kingdom, Argentina and Brazil. With 20 cinemas in the UK, we are now looking to recruit an Assistant Manager into our team.

The main purpose of the role is to assist in the day to day management of the site, typically working with one or two Managers on shift whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.You will direct Team Members to ensure efficient working practices are maintained and that the highest standard of customer service is met at all times whilst ensuring revenue targets are achieved and costs are controlled effectively.

This role is greatly varied, which provides the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in all aspects of cinema operation management including box-office, projection booth and food and beverage operations. You will be required to work varied shifts which include late night/early morning finishes. You will also be eager to develop your own skills and progress within the Cinema.
