Job Title: Ecommerce Optimisation Executive

Join us in revolutionising our digital experiences! As an Ecommerce Optimisation Executive, you'll be at the forefront of change within the business, working within our established and successful UX team to assist building new and enhancing current journeys.

The Ecommerce Optimisation Executive will work with the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager in delivering and interpreting a wide variety of company optimisation goals across various eCommerce websites and apps, both for the UK market and internationally. This role will work with various stakeholders throughout Holland and Barrett and will co-ordinate a varied set of digital changes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager in executing the optimisation plan
  • Review changes and tests before they are pushed live
  • Work with the Ecommerce Trading team to support trading plans for specific campaigns and make recommendations to drive conversion
  • Work in conjunction with UX Designers to execute designed changes and deliver to set deadlines
  • Collaborate with the UX Analyst's to pinpoint areas for optimisation and add to the optimisation plan
  • Identify and troubleshoot current UX pain points for customers
  • Co-ordinate changes with the internal development teams and Product Managers
  • Question the status quo on current and future changes
  • Work across multiple websites in various countries to deliver a streamlined but localised customer journey

The Person

  • Previous experience as an Ecommerce Optimisation Executive is an advantage but not essential
  • Empathy for customers to help understand various scenario's and how customers interact with our websites
  • A good level of experience co-ordinating changes within a digital environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience using MVT/ Personalisation tools would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Superb planning skills and ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders
  • A genuine passion for improving customer experience and conversion rate optimisation is also a must
