Customer Service Coordinator
A Customer Service Coordinator job based in Upton, paying between GBP18,000 and GBP18,500 per annum.

Your new role
Your new role will be a mix of customer service and sales administration, dealing with customer enquiries and managing them through the process, right through order placement and until delivery of the order. You will take accountability in solving issues and ensure delivery times and targets based on company standards are met. You will process orders through the company in-house system, either on a 'supply only', 'survey and supply' or 'supply and fit' basis. It will be your responsibility to manage the customer journey, and inform them of any possible delays to the shipment of their order.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background in sales administration, processing invoices and quotations. You should also have previous experience with a customer service setting, dealing with customer issues and queries, in both written and verbal communication, and also able to listen and communicate effectively with customers and members of your team. A background within a manufacturing setting is also be desirable, as will previous experience in managing a customer journey. You will be a highly organised individual with a knack for problem-solving, and previous experience in working within a sales environment will see you succeed in the role, being able to meet targets and KPI's.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get a fantastic salary of up to GBP18,500 per annum DOE, free on site parking, as well as generous annual leave entitlement.
