My client in the Battlefield area has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

Working as part of a team, your role will be to deliver exceptional multi-channel support to all customers and partners, managing queries and orders via telephone, email or the website.

This is a full-time role working 9.00-17.00 Monday to Friday with an immediate start available for the successful applicant.

Main duties:
  • Liaise with customers across all channels while maintaining a professional manner
  • Create new sales accounts for lead/new customers as per department procedure and ensure customer account information is accurate and kept up to date
  • Provide quotations and product information to customers when required
  • Process orders received across all channels and confirm that delivery dates and lead times are agreed with customers, ensuring necessary documents are filed appropriately
  • Responsible for raising returns, invoices and credit notes where necessary
  • Process credit card payments
  • Engage in customer satisfaction surveys to identify ways of improving service levels

Required experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Able to handle difficult situations and work calmly under pressure
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
