Your new role
You will be providing technical support and first-class technical support to the German and International Sales team. Upon building a strong knowledge of the company product base, you will be able to offer and advise customers on the correct product specification that will best suit their needs, specifically within the German market. You will carry out weekly stock reports, and liaise with sales managers and other product specialists to advise on stock levels, as well as carrying out general sales administration duties such as preparing invoices and general order processing. Supporting other departments with cover as and when required is another important aspect of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to speak German fluently, both in written and verbal communication, and have experience working in a sales administration/customer service environment. You will need a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn in order to build upon your knowledge of the products the company manufacture and provide to their worldwide customer base.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will get an excellent basic salary of between GBP21,000 and GBP26,000 per annum, generous holiday allowance, and free onsite parking.
