This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Droitwich. This small and specialised nursing home provides care for residents agreed 18 and above with complex mental health needs, dementia care, respite care and residents with schizophrenia. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the highest quality of care at all times. The home boasts an excellent reputation for the quality of care that they provide and a good CQC rating.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager who is a qualified nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
