Customer Experience Manager / Performance Insight Manager / Service Improvement Manager

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum

Location: Walsall

Contract: Permanent

If so, then our client have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience and Improvement Manager to join their Business Excellence team based at their modern offices in the heart of Walsall!

As our clients Customer Experience and Improvement Manager you will design, and oversee, a clear customer experience and improvement framework that will realise tangible improvements for the business but also puts their customers at the centre of decision-making.

You'll also be responsible for overseeing the re-active aspects of the customer experience, including complaints, as well as managing more proactive channels of feedback like their Customer Scrutiny Panel and satisfaction surveys.

To be successful in your application for this role you must have experience of managing, leading and developing a team delivering a diverse range of services; Experience of using theory and techniques to identify improvement opportunities, such as Lean Six Sigma, is also considered essential.

The right person will have recent and proven experience, within a performance insight or service improvement role. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, gathered across a range of audiences, with a strong track record of gaining buy in for changes of approach is also considered a must.
