The Recruitment Coordinator duties and key responsibilities:

- You will work with the Area Managers and People Partners to proactively support their future recruitment needs

- Be responsible for the management of Store Support Centre vacancies using effective attraction and selection methods

- Support recruiting managers appropriately on the effective methodologies to utilise

- Support with building talent pools for hotspot vacancies, ensuring candidates remain engaged

- Build positive relationships with all colleagues in the People Team along with other Stakeholders

- Ensure relevant trackers and reports are maintained

- Process invoices in timely manner

- Maintain the engagement of candidates through social media channels ensuring processes are effective and impactful

- Develop content to strengthen our employer brand to attract more prospective candidates to our business.

- Maintain the internal systems and updating elements to reflect internal changes

- You will always be looking to make the processes and tools better and simpler

- Strive to achieve 'Brilliant basics' at all times and ensuring SLAs are met

- Ensure all interactions offer candidates the very best experience

- Always be looking for ideas to improve the experience candidates receive

- Maintain a strong external network, understand what's working in other businesses /sectors, and bring ideas and fresh thinking to your role

- Support the broader Resourcing and People Team on projects to improve our ways of working which support the overall People and Business plans

- Manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers

What we're looking for in our Recruitment Coordinator:

- Previous recruitment experience is essential

- Advanced Excel / Word / PowerPoint skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Desirable qualifications may include business, management or HR/recruitment qualifications

- Outstanding interpersonal skills

- Amazing organisational and administration skills

- Be a dedicated team player, who is prepared to help colleagues, but equally able to work on own initiative
