Salary range for this rolewill notsupport sponsored visa applications and therefore applicants will need to have proof of right to work. The ideal candidate will havestrong influencing ability and exceptional organisational skills. A high attention to detail and ability to multi task is required for this role. Extensive training and development opportunities Job Summary To provide a professional, commercial and effective HR service limiting business risks through the application of legal knowledge and Company Procedures. Support to maintain positive relationships with both associates and managers and provide a consistent high standard of administration and non-administration support to the Human Resources Department to support achievement of the business goals and strategies. The Human Resources Officer will be thefirst point of contact for allgeneral queries is expected to work with the HR Manager to build relationships with key stakeholdersandprovidesupport to all associates and managers within the hotel.Workingwith the HR Coordinator to perform recruitment andother functional administrationalduties ensuring the all recruitment, training, payroll, information system access and associate relation activities are completedstandard within timelines. Human Resources Officer will be responsible for maintaining day to day standards and working with department managers to drive process for systems and people. Workwith department managers and HR Manager to resolveemployee relations issuesincluding resolution and follow-up andwhere necessary lead employee relations cases or support in disciplinary meetings as note taker. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards. Inform HR Manager of issues related to employee relations. Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's). Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Answer phone calls and record messages. Assist HR Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests (internal and External) according to company standards and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
