Star Professional Software Solutions Limited have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Support Consultant to join their growing team in Cannock.

Job Title: Junior Support Consultant

Location: Cannock

Salary: £22,000 per annum

Hours: 1pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday

Junior Support Consultant - The Company:

Junior Support Consultant - The Role:

Due to their continued growth they are now looking for a Junior Support Consultant to handle both their global customer support queries within their customer support team. Due to the global nature of this role this is not a role with standard office hours and you will be required 1pm - 10pm (Monday - Friday).

Working as part of the team you will ensure contracted client service levels are met. You will handle customer support queries and ensure they are dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Junior Support Consultant - You:

- You will ideally be an IT graduate or have some work experience in an IT related role.

- People from a customer service background with an interest and aptitude for IT will also be considered for the role.

- You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to show initiative and work under pressure.

- Experience of working on a support desk would be advantageous as would knowledge of Microsoft packages including Office, Windows and SQL. That said the right candidate who is computer literate will be supported through Microsoft Certifications (MCSA) and even be given some time to study during working hours!
