SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an exciting temporary HR Administrator role for our well established client based in Warwick. You will be an integral part of the HR team. The ideal candidate will be immediately available.
You will be responsible for:
- All administrative tasks within the HR team.
- Maintaining and updating personnel records.
- Ensuring all new starters are provided with induction packs and correct legal forms.
- Posting and receiving new employee contracts.
- Maintaining and updating 'Right to work' files.
- Typing letters.
- Updating company forms and policies.
- Maintaining and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency.
- A high level of organisation skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Warwick
- Salary: up to GBP20,000
- Contract: Temporary ongoing
