About the Role:

You will manage the Stafford office site and work closely with the UK facilities team to provide a quality first line service. Working closely with internal and external service providers to ensure the provision of a safe and healthy environment that meets all corporate standards at optimum cost. To deliver a high quality working environment and experience for staff appropriate for a facility within the Group.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure provision of consistently excellent, professional and welcoming reception services
Overseeing key admin processes including business travel, events planning and catering.
Creating and maintaining effective office process including site and building access, site security, staff and visitor safety and well-being.
Manages relationship with landlords to ensure high standards at all times.
Manages relationship with cleaning suppliers ensuring high standards at all times.
Deals promptly with scheduled and urgent maintenance through management of suppliers.
Ownership and management of key site and facilities projects including refurbishments.
Source and manage local supplier relationships alongside procurement.
Supports provision of local agreed staff benefits/schemes. (E.g. Toaster, Drinks Trolley, Drinks Machine)
Proactively suggests and researches new ways to improve the working environment for staff and visitors.
Manages and organises events and meetings and associated technologies.
Oversees staff social club and budgets.
Maintains key site and staff paperwork, records, desk plans and runs new starter inductions.
Generates ideas for seasonal themes and events and supports central CSR and Charity initiatives and launches.

First class organisational and admin skills backed up with relevant experience
Experience of office management, working with facilities and providing quality customer service.
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people with a flexible approach to work.
Strong IT skills, including, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Understanding of statutory obligations e.g. financial/contractual controls, data protection, Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
Strong problem solving and prioritisation skills with Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
Excellent written communication skills, with well-structured reports, presentations and general correspondence.
Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to build excellent relationships, internally and externally demonstrating a collaborative approach when managing suppliers and third parties
The ability to put team and business objectives before personal objectives and other considerations.
Supports and trains individuals and the team to maximise competencies and achieve objectives.
