We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Investment Administrator to join this dynamic financial services organisation, based in south Birmingham offices.
As a Senior Investment Administrator, you will handle a wide variety of tasks. On a daily basis, you will manage the diary of a highly qualified Chartered Financial Planner, helping to manage their existing client relationships, prepare client files and coordinating important review meetings. You will be tasked with preparing and distributing summary reports for new and existing clients, answering any queries they may have along the way.
In this truly dynamic and fast-paced opportunity, you will ensure that all key documentation is prepared efficiently, collating meeting packs on a regular basis. You will send out post-meeting documents and Letters of Authority to a range of stakeholders, as well as forwarding key information to an external Paraplanner for processing. As a Senior Investment Administrator, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating the internal compliance systems with key technical data, so familiarity with using CRM systems is essential for this exciting opportunity. You will identify future planning opportunities and discuss these with your Director, in an effort to boost revenue.
For this exciting investment administration role, you will ideally have worked extensively in a similar capacity within a financial services organisation. With exceptional organisation skills, you will need to manage the Chartered Financial Planner's busy CRM diary with ease. Ideally, you will hold the relevant industry-specific qualifications, such as the RDR compliant qualifications, Level 4 Diploma and above. As a Senior Investment Administrator, you will need to have excellent report writing and communication skills and be adept at using CRMs and various computer programmes.
