I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to join my clients busy and friendly team within the construction industry based in Bromsgrove.This role is working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm paying a salary of GBP19,000. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and free car parking.

Administrator Job role:
  • To process all orders onto SAP creating picking list and delivery notes
  • To create invoices each day for orders processed
  • To chase customer deliveries
  • To investigate and deal with any delivery and invoice queries
  • To issue credit notes
  • To assist with telephone enquiries - i.e stock checks
  • Adhoc duties as requested by the Office Manager

To be successful in the role of Administrator you will need to have:

  • SAP Experience - a complete must have!
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working in a team in a pressured environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • A flexible approach with a can do attitude!
