SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis for their client based in South Derbyshire. The client offer ample onsite parking, a very welcoming and friendly environment as well as a role which the successful candidate can really get their teeth stuck into.
The HR Administrator will supporting on various duties including but not limited to:
- Working on the time and attendance system
- Updating internal systems with any employment systems
- Dealing with the administration around new starters and leavers
- Updating the system around absence
- Working closely with line managers supporting on timesheet processes
- Supporting on payroll requirements
- Liaising with line managers on employee requirements and queries
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with time and attendance systems and be very IT literate and be confident to work alone.
