Pinpoint recruitment are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants and to work in in our supported live in services in the Kidderminster area. We are seeking carers who are compassionate, caring and dedicated to make a differences to the lives of clients. A competitive salary is on offer.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills which are an essential part of this role:

o 6-month previous care experience

o Physical intervention experience

o A current DBS (preferably on the Update service)

o Experience working with clients with challenging behaviour

o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

o A positive "can-do" attitude
