Advanced Craft Painter and Decorator

Salary - £22,905 per annum up to £26,424 per annum depending on suitability, plus an additional weekly payment of £315.19 when standby is worked and an enhanced rate for working on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday.

Full Time/ Permanent – There are a range of fixed working patterns available, working 36 per week. All work patterns will operate between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday, and may include occasional Bank Holidays.

Location – Within a range of properties maintained and managed by the Trust, including but not limited to, Shropshire, Staffordshire and the Midlands.

The role:

We are looking for suitably qualified individuals who can demonstrate an ability to carry out a range of high quality maintenance and repairs across their area of expertise and a range of minor repairs and associated works outside of this.

With a relevant City and Guilds qualification, you‘ll have experience of maintaining domestic properties and working unsupervised as part of a team.

You will be a good communicator, with a flexible approach to work and a can do attitude, to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
